SAFETY REGULATIONS

For your safety, please adhere to the following guidelines:

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

In case of an emergency, please notify the Reception!

In the event of a fire alarm, leave the building immediately; you will find the escape route on the room doors!

Always keep the room locked, and when you leave, please close the window and the balcony door!

Protect your valuables! The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the rooms. A safe in the room offers a safe solution for storing your valuables, which is free of charge.

ACCESSIBILITY

The entrance and driveway of our hotel are designed for our wheelchair-bound guests, with one accessible room on the ground floor.

 

SHOE CLEANING

A shoe shine kit is available at the reception for an additional fee.

 

PACKAGE TRANSPORT AND PACKAGE STORAGE

Please contact the reception. We are not responsible for items left in your luggage. Luggage storage is free, but there is an additional charge for luggage delivery, please ask our receptionist for assistance.

 

SMOKING

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

In case of smoking in the room, an extra cleaning fee of 15,000 HUF will be charged.

ELECTRIC CURRENT

The electricity is 220V/50Hz.
We provide an adapter for converting to 110V at the reception for our guests.

 

DEPARTURE DATE

Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer, please contact the reception!

Please hand in your key card at the reception at the end of your hotel stay, before departure, otherwise you will be charged HUF 3,000 per card.

 

WAKE-UP SERVICE

Wake-up calls can be requested through the hotel reception.

 

UMBRELLA

We provide umbrellas upon request at the hotel reception.

Kayak / canoe rental : 1,500 HUF / person for 4 hours; 2,000 HUF / person for 1 day.
5-horsepower motorboat rental : 6,000 HUF / hour; 25,000 HUF for the whole day
10-horsepower motorboat rental: 10,000 HUF / hour; 25,000 HUF for the whole day Our reception can provide information.

 

MAINTENANCE

Our hotel is available 24 hours a day to resolve any maintenance issues . If you notice any problems, please notify the reception, do not attempt to troubleshoot!

 

DAMAGE

In case of intentional damage , we will charge an extra fee and, if necessary, file a criminal complaint.

 

BICYCLE RENTAL

Bicycle rental : 2,000 HUF / person for 4 hours, 3,000 HUF / person for 1 day. Our reception can provide information.

 

COSMETIC PRODUCTS

Shower caps, ear buds, cotton pads, body lotion, and shaving kits can be requested at the reception.

 

VISITORS

Visitors are kindly requested to register at the reception upon arrival. Visitors are not allowed in the guest room after 10 pm.

 

AIR CONDITIONING

Our hotel rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, which only works when there is electricity. To do this, turn on the power switch next to the entrance.

The air conditioning only works when the windows and balcony door are closed!

 

MASSAGE

Our guests have the opportunity to use the services of the Gabó Massage Studio. Appointments can be arranged at the reception.

 

MINIBAR/BEVERAGE RANGE

Our hotel rooms have a minibar/drinks selection, the prices of the drinks in it are listed on the minibar.

 

WASHING

Laundry service is available every day between 6 am and 6 pm, please ask the receptionists for more information .

 

 

TECHNICAL SERVICES

If you notice a technical problem in your room, please notify the hotel reception. If you need computer assistance, please also call our hotel reception, our colleagues will be happy to assist you.

 

MEDICAL CARE / PHARMACY

Please ask the reception for assistance in finding the pharmacy and doctor on duty.

 

PARKING

The parking lot is guarded and monitored by cameras, but we are not responsible for vehicles or valuables left in the car. Parking is free.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Our colleagues are at your disposal in person or by phone.

Information materials and program recommendations about the region surrounding our hotel can be found in the lobby of our hotel, next to the reception.

SAFE, VALUES STORAGE

The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the rooms. The safe in the closet can be used free of charge, the operating instructions are in the closet.

 

ROOM KEY CARD

The room locks are equipped with an electronic lock that can be opened with a card.
Please do not place the room key cards directly next to your mobile phone.
Leaving the card will incur a surcharge of 3,000 HUF.

 

ROOM SERVICE

Our hotel serves drinks from the bar to our guests' rooms 24 hours a day.

 

ROOM SAFE

Every room in our hotel is equipped with a safe with its own combination of numbers.

 

CLEANING

Daily cleaning is done between 10:00 and 15:00.

If you do not request cleaning, please use the card provided for this purpose, which can be hung on the door handle!

If you need extra cleaning, please call the reception.

 

FOUND ITEMS

Items left in hotel rooms are kept for 6 months, except for food and liquids, which are discarded after the Guest leaves.

You can inquire about lost items at the hotel reception after departure.

 

TAXI AND TRANSFER SERVICE

It can be ordered through the hotel reception.

TOWELS AND BED LINEN CHANGE

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. If you require daily change, please inform the reception.

 

CLEANING PRODUCTS

The rooms are equipped with mini shower gel, body lotion, soap and shampoo.
Earwax and cotton pads can be requested from the reception for free, and shaving and dental care kits for an additional fee.

 

TRANSFER

a shuttle service upon request . Please ask the reception for assistance.

 

FIRE ALARM

The hotel has fire alarms and powder extinguishers on every floor of the hotel, and smoke alarms in the rooms. In the event of a fire, our guests will be warned by a siren. In such cases, please find the nearest emergency exit according to the escape route posted on the inside of the room door and leave the hotel as soon as possible!

 

SEWING KIT

Sewing kits can be requested at the reception for an additional fee.

 

IRONING

We cannot provide an iron and ironing board due to fire safety reasons, instead we offer our ironing service . The service is available every day between 6 am and 6 pm, ask the receptionists for more information .

According to the escape route placed in the room.

We provide free Wi-Fi service in the hotel area. (Information about the password and registration can be requested at the reception.)
